Job Description

Perform administrative tasks, organize, and maintain documents and records

Communicate and coordinate with vendors.

Negotiate pricing, quality, and delivery timelines.

Prepare purchasing documents such as Purchase Orders and procurement reports.

Ensure timely delivery and quality of goods from suppliers.

Qualifications

Min. Diploma in any major

Minimum 1–2 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain (fresh graduates are welcome to apply).

Fluent in Mandarin (spoken and written)

Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Disciplined, communicative, hardworking, loyal, and responsible

Work Hours

08:00 - 17:00
