Job Description

1. Conduct training needs assessments across departments
2. Design, develop, and deliver training programs (in-person & online)
3. Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs using metrics and feedback
4. Manage and update the Learning Management System (LMS)
5. Coordinate onboarding and orientation programs
6. Work with department heads to align training initiatives with company goals
7. Support leadership development and succession planning efforts
8. Stay updated on best practices in learning & development

Qualifications

1. Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Organizational Development, Psychology,Business Administration, ect.
2. Strong communication & presentation skillsInstructional design & adult learning principles
3. Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS)
4. Organizational & project management skills
5. Data analysis for training effectiveness (ROI, KPIs)
6. Coaching & facilitation
7. Fluent in Mandarin
