1. Ensure the company’s operations comply with applicable laws and regulations.
2. Identify legal risks and provide recommendations for preventive measures.
3. Draft and review legal documents such as agreements, contracts, MoUs, NDAs, and other legal paperwork.
4. Monitor regulatory changes that may impact the company.
5. Liaise with regulators and government institutions to fulfill the company’s legal obligations.
6. Develop and implement compliance awareness programs for all employees.
7. Handle and document legal violations and internal reporting.
8. Conduct internal audits related to compliance and prepare evaluation reports.
1. Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Law or related fields (e.g., Business Law, International Law, Legal Studies).
2. At least 5 years of experience in legal/compliance roles.
3. Experience working at a Chinese company is required.
4. Experience in special economic zones or industrial areas is a plus.
5. Strong knowledge of Indonesian laws and regulations (labor, investment, environment, licensing).
6. Fluent in English (Mandarin is a plus).
