Marketing Staff (Mandarin Speaker)

Job Description

1. Regular customer visit and communication
2. Maintain communication with local major clients and respond to their demands.
3. Track the initiation of internal contracts, orders, etc. processes.
4. Response to customer aftersales issues, as well as coordination of internal resources and tracking of resolution processes.

Qualifications

1. Mandarin (Written and verbal) is a Must.
2. Min. D3/S1 Chinese Literature from Top University or once studied in China.
3. Min. 2 years of experience in related field.
4. Have technical background backgroud such as electric engineering or something like that.
5. Proficient in basic graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Photoshop) and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PPT).
6. Multitasking, team Work and able to work under pressure.
7. Have strong analytical and strategic skills.
8. Have excellent communication skills.
